Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Can I get my product personalized?

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

How can I pay for my OD order?

We currently accept most major credit cards, as well as PayPal.

How much do you charge for shipping?

It depends. Shipping is calculated during checkout and varies based upon what shipping method you are purchasing. 

Can I speak to someone in person?

Of course! We are ready to answer your questions every day via email: info@objekdart.com. Once you get in touch, you'll be assigned a personal Customer Team member who will answer your questions or take care of your order, from the initial enquiry to its final stage.

How do I place my order?

You can place your order via our website. All you need to do is to add the products to the cart and proceed to checkout. To finalize the transaction, we need you to provide us the necessary information. That’s all, now you can look forward to receiving your new favorite object!

Which countries does OD ship?

We currently ship to most countries in the European Union, Norway and Switzerland, as well as the United States, Australia and Canada.

How long do I have to wait for my products?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 7-22 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-30 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. During a pre-order period some products will ship right away and some will ship later. Depending on how many people ordered the product before you, you will get your product in the first batch or a later one. We will make sure to let you know when your product is expected to be shipped.

Do I need to pay import taxes and duties?

You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country.

Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
