Rikke graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts with a degree in architecture in 2005. She has worked as an international illustrator since 2006 and her intricate technique and her delicate and detailed style has been seen, not only in the fashion and beauty industry, but also as an original and refreshing collaborator with bigger commercial brands. Working by hand, primarily using black ink on paper, Rikke often uses dots and fine lines in her work. Rikke is attracted to the complex repetition of one smaller shape evolving gradually into a completely different shape and image, very much like in nature. Rikke's style is very personal and her passion for beauty, art and design very clearly shines through.
